UPDATE #1: UPCOMING COMMUNITY ENHANCEMENT EVALUATION

In the Town of Cochrane, a Community Enhancement Evaluation (CEE) is a preliminary presentation that developers provide to Town Council before formally submitting  development applications, such as Neighbourhood Plans and ASPs. This presentation gives Council the opportunity to review the proposal and offer early feedback.

Rohit will be presenting its CEE to Council on March 3, 2025.

After the CEE, Rohit will prepare the Neighbourhood Plan and Sunset Ridge ASP amendment applications, which will launch the planning, reviews, engagement, and approvals process.
